Police: Alleged Dover burglar arrested, Maine man charged with DWI, RI man charged with assault after allegedly punching woman in the face.

PORTSMOUTH, NH — Sarah A. Tully, 28, of Breakfast Hill Road in Greenland, was arrested at 1:56 a.m. on Sept. 17, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension, unregistered vehicle, suspended registration, possession of drugs in a motor vehicle, and two counts of possession of controlled/narcotic drugs. She was arrested after being stopped on Lafayette Road.

Michael J. Duquette, 35, of Winnacunnet Road in Hampton, was arrested at 9:03 p.m. on Sept. 17, 2016, for possession of controlled/narcotic drugs and a warrant. Police were sent to Maplewood Avenue for a report of a man sleeping the cemetery. Dispatch stated that Strafford County had a warrant for his arrest and Portsmouth also had a charge for allegedly possession “drug items.”

Ryan Tiberio, 23, of Western Avenue in Dover, was arrested at 10:29 a.m. on Sept. 16, 2016, for a burglary. He was arrested on a warrant.
Robert E. Provost Jr., 24, of an unknown address in Portsmouth, was arrested at 1:19 p.m. on Sept. 16, 2016, for violation of a probation or parole and littering; penalties. Police on Islington Street began chasing a man who might have an active warrant. The man was reported running from the bypass area. Dispatch confirmed that he was wanted on a probation violation and later found him in the meadows.

Raynal Trieschmann, 34, of Randall Road in North Berwick, ME, was arrested at 6:35 p.m. on Sept. 16, 2016, for driving while intoxicated, disobeying an officer, possession of a controlled/narcotic drugs, and possession of drugs in a motor vehicle. Police stopped Trieschmann at the intersection of Daniel and Bow streets.
Keith A. Leeming, 43, of Main Street in Westerly, RI, was arrested at 11:19 p.m. on Sept. 16, 2016, for four counts of domestic violence-simple assault. Police were sent to Pleasant Street for a report that a woman was punched in the face with a man fleeing from the area, according to a report. Portsmouth Fire and Rescue teams were sent to check the woman. An officer later found the man near the Piscataqua ATM machine and he was arrested.
Rachel A. St. Laurent, 49, of Middle Street in Portsmouth, was arrested at 9:53 a.m. on Sept. 15, 2016, for sale of controlled/narcotic drugs. She was arrested on a warrant and held without bail.
Savannah Raven, 18, of Perkins Avenue in Seabrook, was arrested at 12:47 p.m. on Sept. 15, 2016, for first-degree assault and false report to law enforcement. She turned herself in on a warrant.
Michael Bresnahan, 35, of Mason Avenue in Portsmouth, was arrested at 6:04 p.m. on Sept. 15, 2016, for false report to law enforcement. He was arrested on a warrant.
