ā¢ Mixed-use plans move forward for old Cigna building in Hooksett (unionleader.com) ā Hooksettās Planning Board has conditionally approved key phases of Brady Sullivanās plan to turn the former Cigna building on College Park Drive into a 160-unit mixed-use complex with retail and a restaurant. The project, scaled back from earlier, denser concepts, still needs a zoning variance but promises elevators, updated exteriors, and new landscaping intended to create an upscale, first-class development for the community.
