• Hooksett School Board to finalize use of 'rainy day' funds (unionleader.com) — Hooksett’s School Board is moving quickly to decide how to use its remaining “rainy day” funds before a pending state law may force districts to return more surplus money to taxpayers. The board will hold a public hearing Monday to finalize spending or tax relief options, including technology purchases and offsetting future tax rates, which could directly affect Hooksett homeowners’ bills. 
• Manchester woman dies in Hooksett crash (inklink.news) — A Manchester woman died after her Jeep left Smyth Road in Hooksett Thursday morning and struck a tree, shutting the roadway for several hours during the investigation. Hooksett police are still examining what caused the single-vehicle crash and are asking anyone with information to contact Sgt. Joseph Ducharme.
