Spot checks, $5 permit stickers, and a possible new sticker system or gate are all on the table as leaders weigh costs against hiring a part-time attendant.

• Man seriously injured in Hopkinton I-89 rollover crash (concordmonitor.com) — A serious rollover crash on I-89 southbound in Hopkinton Monday night sent a 55-year-old driver to the hospital and shut down the left lane for about three hours. State Police and the Hopkinton Fire Department responded near Exit 4 and are still investigating what caused the heavily damaged pickup to leave the roadway.
