Central Square Construction to Shift Traffic Patterns as Utility Work Moves East (mykeenenow.com) — Expect new traffic detours and parking closures in Keene’s Central Square as gas, water, and sewer work shifts to the east side near Roxbury Street starting Monday. Weekday parking on both east and west sides will be restricted 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., with lane shifts, tree relocations, and a Court Street detour; drivers are urged to slow down and follow signs and flaggers.

Keene Lions Club awards $10,000 to Monadnock Peer Support (keenesentinel.com) — Monadnock Peer Support in Keene just received a $10,000 grant from the Keene Lions Club to help build a community programming kitchen at its local facility. The new teaching space will support free, peer-led cooking, nutrition and life-skills classes for people facing mental health challenges, and the organization is still seeking partners to finish the roughly $60,000 project.

Keene residents protest recent ICE arrests at city hall (concordmonitor.com) — Nearly 200 residents packed Keene City Hall this week to demand answers and support after recent ICE arrests in the city. While many speakers voiced fear for immigrant neighbors, city officials warned of state and federal limits but pledged to explore safer communication, clearer police roles, and better information for affected families.
   

4.
