• Lebanon's winter shelter sees drop in local resident use (vnews.com) — Lebanon’s seasonal winter shelter on Mechanic Street has closed after its final, most expensive season, even as fewer Lebanon residents relied on it and more found housing elsewhere. The city now faces a gap in local emergency shelter while planning a major roundabout project on the site and watching whether a new 20-bed year‑round facility in White River Junction will meet Upper Valley needs.
