• Nordic Skiing Can Be Found Just About Anywhere (caledonianrecord.com) — Littleton skiers have a winter route starting at Industrial Park Road: the 19.2-mile Ammonoosuc Rail Trail to Woodsville. Snowmobile clubs groom the trail through the winter, and its path through Lisbon and Bath follows the river past farmland, forests and historic landmarks.
   

• Athletes Of The Week (Oct. 26-Nov. 1): Groveton's Molly Deblois And St. Johnsbury's Logan Farnsworth (caledonianrecord.com) — Littleton soccer's Connor Roy was among the nominees as Groveton's Molly Deblois and St. Johnsbury's Logan Farnsworth won the latest regional Athlete of the Week voting. Deblois contributed a goal and an assist in a soccer quarterfinal win, while Farnsworth helped power a football playoff victory.
   

• NCH Holding Annual Fundraiser December 4 (caledonianrecord.com) — North Country Home Health & Hospice Agency will hold its annual gala December 4 at the Omni Mount Washington Hotel to support in-home care across 51 northern New Hampshire communities. Tickets and tables are available for the fundraiser, which includes dinner, auctions and live music.
