MANCHESTER, NH — Two men were arrested on felony riot and criminal threatening charges Saturday after an incident toward the end of the Black Lives Matter march in Manchester.
According to police, the march and demonstration was "peaceful," without any problems, with attendees being "very respectful of others, as well as police," from 10 a.m. until around 1 p.m.

"There were no arrests made," said Heather Hamel, the public information officer for the Manchester Police Department.
At the end of the protest, about 100 people, including members of Antifa, an anti-fascist, leftwing, militant group that some blame for instigating riots and violence across the country during the past few years, marched on police headquarters, according to Jeffrey Hastings, who heard from police, including Chief Carlo Capano, that movement members were involved. While marching to police headquarters, two men confronted them.

"Around 1:30, a truck drove up and the occupants and the protestors had a verbal altercation," Hamel said. "In a nearby parking lot, one of the occupants of the truck got out and displayed a gun. Manchester police officers took that individual and one other into custody."
Later, the department said Scott Kimball, 43, of Manchester, and Mark Kimball, 19, of an unknown address, were both arrested on riot and criminal threatening charges, both felonies.
Lt. Shawn McCabe of the Manchester Police Department said the department was not releasing the communities where the two live at this time. Patch later learned from Facebook that the elder Kimball resides in Manchester.
According to police, protesters have been gathering near the police headquarters for a number of hours.
"While the agency is still open, the building is closed for the safety of our officers and employees," Hamel said.
Jay Surdukowski, a Concord attorney, Democrat, and candidate for the District 2 Executive Council seat, first reported the arrest on Twitter, noting that one of men involved had a Donald Trump flag on his truck.
