Derry Man Arrested in Salem

James Driscoll was charged with robbery after allegedly attempting to steal a drill at Sears.

SALEM, NH - James Driscoll, 39, of Rebecca Lane in Derry, was arrested at 5:49 p.m. on Dec. 15, 2015, was arrested for robbery.

Police were sent to Sears on Rockingham Park Boulevard for a shoplifter who tried to run from a loss prevention employee. The man – Driscoll – allegedly tried to steal a DeWalt drill set. He was held on $2,500 cash bail.
