Derry Man Faces Attempted Rape With A Firearm Charges: Superior Court
Rochester man indicted on drug dealing, possession charges; man accused of raping a woman in Exeter; Mass. women indicted on theft charges.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Joshua Michael Smith, 37, of Marshall Street in Nashua on receiving stolen property and theft by deception charges, both felonies. He was accused of purchasing items at Home Depot in North Hampton on Oct. 19, 2021, with a stolen credit card. Twice before, according to the indictment, he has been convicted on theft charges.
Crystal Dawn Son, 37, of Harrison Street in Springvale, Maine, on receiving stolen property and possession of fentanyl and para-fluorofentanyl charges, both felonies. She was accused of possession the drug and retaining a Hyundai Accent, owned by another person, on March 28, 2021, in Seabrook.

Jacob Matthew Strow, 25, of Allston Avenue in Wilmington, Massachusetts, on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Nov. 20, 2021, in Seabrook.
Jason Jeremy Sweet, 46, of Sweethill Road in Plaistow on a felony criminal mischief charge. He was accused of punching the hood and-or scratching the side of 2017 Kia Sorento on Jan. 16 in Plaistow.

Stephen L. Swift, 52, of Copeland Street in Berwick, ME, on possession of methamphetamine, possession of clonazepam, and possession of amphetamine charges, all felonies, on March 4, 2021, in Epping.
Thomas Theberge, 62, of Olde Coach Road in Derry on a felony driving while being certified as a habitual offender charge as well as a motor vehicle not equipped with interlock charge. He was accused of driving on Olde Coach Road in Derry after being certified as a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Corey Theriault, 33, of Pine Street in Rochester on falsifying physical evidence, possession of fentanyl with intent to sell or dispense-subsequent, and possession of fentanyl-subsequent charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing the drugs and, believing that an investigation was pending, removing them and throwing them on the ground, and running from police in Portsmouth on Feb. 12.
Alac William Tisbert, 34, of Chases Grove Road in Derry on attempted felonious sexual assault, certain uses of computer services prohibited, and felonious use of a firearm charges, all felonies. Between Jan. 26, and Jan. 27, he was accused of engaging with a police officer posing as a child on Snapchat and agreeing to meet while knowingly armed with a Smith and Wesson SD40 pistol.
Lenee Marie Vigeant, 46, of Broadway in Methuen, MA, on theft by unauthorized taking and possession of lorazepam charges, both felonies. She was accused of possessing the drug and stealing items from Macy’s in Salem on May 15, 2021, after twice before being convicted on theft charges.
Stephen M. Wheelock, 52, of Karatzas Avenue in Manchester on an aggravated felonious sexual assault-domestic violence charge. He was accused of raping a woman in Exeter on Jan. 1, 2017.
Joshua D. Wolfe, 32, of Elm Street in Derry on a felony second-degree assault-strangulation charge. He was accused of strangling another person on March 17 in Salem.
Alize Teela Tiona Woods, 23, of Skyline Drive in Lowell, MA, on theft by deception, $1,501+, and theft by unauthorized taking, $1,501+, charges, both felonies. She was accused of completing fraudulent returns of merchandise at Charlotte Russe in Salem of more than $1,500 to the card of Luis Rivera and herself, between Oct. 15, and Nov. 5, 2021, the indictment stated.
