Alleged Derry, Hooksett, Pembroke Drug Dealers Indicted

Plus, Dunbarton man indicted for allegedly stealing wood and a trailer and Concord, Londonderry habitual offenders also indicted.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Cody Stanford, 22, lower left, of Pembroke Street in Pembroke, for felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine allegedly on May 26, 2017, in Concord, and felony sale of a controlled drug; acts prohibited-fentanyl allegedly on July 18, 2017, in Concord.

Robert Sylvia, 51, upper left, of Robert Rogers Road in Dunbarton, for theft by unauthorized taking and receiving stolen property, both felonies, for allegedly taking a utility trailer full of pre-cut wood and attempting to flee the area on July 31, 2017, in Dunbarton.

Thomas Theberge, 57, upper middle, of Fieldstone Drive in Londonderry, for felony habitual offender for allegedly driving on Hooksett Road in Hooksett on July 4, 2017.

Roland M. Thibeault, 21, lower right, of Pembroke, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for felon in possession-revolver, reckless conduct, receiving stolen property, all felonies, for allegedly firing a stolen .38 caliber Smith & Wesson handgun near others on Buck Street in Pembroke on July 17, 2017.

Donald Tremblay, 57, upper right, of Dale Road in Hooksett, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-cocaine allegedly on July 27, 2017, in Hooksett.

Nancy Turner, 52, middle right, of Perley Road in Derry, on felony possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl with intent to distribute, possession of a narcotic drug-crack cocaine, four felony counts of sale of a narcotic drug-crack cocaine, Oxycodone, and felony sale of a narcotic drug-accomplice-cocaine. The charges stem from alleged incidents in May and July 2017, in Boscawen, as well as March, June, and July 2017, in Concord.

Hector Velez, 21, lower middle, of Hooksett, for possession of a narcotic drug-cocaine and possession of a narcotic drug-cocaine with intent to distribute. The charges stem from an alleged incident on Aug. 8, 2017, on the Chester Turnpike in Hooksett.
