Missing Child, Mom Located: Londonderry Police

Update: Anthony Nicolosi, 3, and his mom, Malinda Nicolosi, have been safely located. Police thank the public for their assistance.

Update: 8:17 a.m. on Nov. 6: Both Anthony Nicolosi and Malinda Nicolosi have been safely located. Capt. Patrick Cheetham of the Londonderry Police Department's services division thanked the public and press for their assistance. More information is expected to be released about the case Wednesday afternoon.

LONDONDERRY, NH — A 3-year-old Londonderry boy is missing and police believe he may be with his biological mother, despite of a court order giving the boys father full custody. Police are asking for the public's help in finding him. Anthony Nicolosi, 3, is described as a Caucasian boy, about three feet tall and about 30 pounds with blond hair and brown eyes.

His mother, Malinda Nicolosi, 46, is described as a Caucasian woman about five foot seven and 110 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen with her son in Londonderry on Nov. 1 and is believed to be in the New Hampshire or Massachusetts area driving a silver 2010 Nissan Murano, license plate NH 430 3730.

The LPD currently has an active warrant for Malinda Nicolosi’s arrest for interference with custody.
