“Daylor was hostile and verbally aggressive,” the reporting officer alleged. “I asked him to speak with me in front of the residence, he again tried to walk away from us. I then escorted him to the front of the residence and asked him to speak with me.”

Instead, Daylor reportedly asked if he was under arrest. When told he wasn’t, he allegedly stated, “Fine, I’m leaving,” but was told he was unable to leave since they were investigating an incident. Daylor allegedly “became enraged” and was cuffed.

A New Hampshire state trooper held him while officers sorted out what happened.

According to a witness, who heard yelling outside and went to see what was going on, the woman was lock inside the vehicle and Daylor was allegedly yelling and swearing at her. The woman began honking the horn and Daylor allegedly began kicking and punching the car. The woman then drove away but later, came back to the house and the arguing continued, according to the report.

The witness told Daylor that he needed to stop yelling and alleged that Daylor countered, “If you don’t mind your business, I’m going to kick your ass.”

The woman exited the Civic and Daylor allegedly grabbed her by both arms and threw her to the ground, according to a court affidavit. The officer noted both damage to the vehicle and redness on the woman’s arms, as well as fresh blood just below her elbow. Daylor was then arrested and held without bail.
