The subject, later identified as Daylor, was agitated but later, calmed down enough to give identification. The reporting officer went to speak to two women outside of Penuche’s who stated that Daylor was with another woman and a man with an eye patch. The woman had been punched in the face, they stated. Another man alleged that he was assaulted by Daylor. The mother of Daylor’s child alleged that he was throwing bricks against the Market Lane apartments and that he swung at her and struck her in the face.
