Londonderry Teen Arrested On 4 Domestic Violence Counts: Cop Log

LONDONDERRY, NH — Steven Joseph Pestka, 61, of Constitution Drive in Londonderry, was arrested at 10:06 p.m. on Jan. 5, 2020, and charged with driving after revocation or suspension, breach of bail, and driver's license prohibitions. He was arrested after a stop on Nashua Road near Speedway.

Kenneth Earle Burnett, pictured lower right, 54, of Neponset Avenue in Dorchester, Massachusetts, was arrested at 4:54 p.m. on Jan. 5 on a bench warrant. He was arrested on Nashua Road near the Shell Food Mart.

Eryn Rice, lower left, 26, of Cota Road in Merrimack, was arrested at 3:59 p.m. on Jan. 4 on a domestic violence-simple assault charge. She was arrested after an incident on Mammoth Road near Fieldstone Drive.

Kayla Mariana Rodriguez, upper right, 20, of Bodwell Road in Manchester, was arrested at 6:09 p.m. on Jan. 2 and charged with false report to law enforcement and false E-911 information. She was arrested after six officers, a detective, a sergeant, and a lieutenant were called to Hardy Road for a report of a suspicious activity.

April Rose Madison, upper left, 19, of Pine Street in Londonderry, was arrested at 11:12 p.m. on Dec. 31, 2019, on four counts of domestic violence-simple assault. She was arrested after an incident on Pine Street.
