Manchester Man Faces Stalking, Revocation Charges: Police Log

LONDONDERRY, NH — George Francis Owen, 46, of Lowell Street in Manchester, was arrested at 6 p.m. on Sept. 21, 2019, and charged with stalking and driving after revocation or suspension. He was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Rockingham Road at I-93.
9:02 p.m. on Sept. 22: A sudden death was reported on Aspen Circle.
10:33 a.m. on Sept. 22: An overdose was reported on Beacon Street.
