Merrimack Teen Arrested On Drug, Other Charges After Crash: Londonderry Arrests

LONDONDERRY, NH — James Smith, 27, pictured upper right, of Lake Avenue in Manchester, was arrested at 5:09 p.m. on Aug. 31, 2017, for simple assault. He was arrested on a warrant on Spruce Street.

Joseph M. Bernbaum, 25, pictured lower left, of New Hall Street in Lowell, MA, was arrested at 4:18 p.m. on Aug. 31, 2017, on a warrant. He was arrested on Enterprise Drive at Bachman’s Towing.

Gianna Cavaliere, 18, pictured upper left, of Amherst Road in Merrimack, was arrested at 4:15 p.m. on Aug. 30, 2017, for unauthorized use of a propelled vehicle, possession of controlled/narcotic drugs, possession of drugs in a motor vehicle, operating without a valid license, and receiving stolen property. She was arrested after a crash on Mammoth Road at Walgreens. Scott A. Murley, 50, pictured upper middle, of Tsienneto Road in Derry, was arrested at 9:15 a.m. on July 8, 2017, on two counts of stalking and violation of a protective order. He was arrested on Treadway Lane.

Joseph F. Forcier, 40, pictured lower right, of Kimball Drive in Hooksett, was arrested at 5:49 a.m. on June 7, 2017, for habitual offender and traffic control devices. He was arrested on Nashua Road near Buttrick Road.
