• Fiery Flashover Injures Firefighter During Evening House Fire in Londonderry (patch.com) — Londonderry firefighters battled a late-night house fire on Rockingham Road Friday after a sudden flashover injured one firefighter during a search for possible occupants. Mutual aid crews from several nearby towns helped quickly control the blaze, all residents and pets escaped safely, and the injured firefighter was hospitalized for evaluation as investigators work to determine the cause. 
• New Hampshire student falls at least 15 feet down stairs in school (wmur.com) — A Londonderry High School student was airlifted to a Boston-area hospital Monday after falling 15 to 20 feet down a stairwell, suffering significant orthopedic injuries but remaining conscious and alert. Fire officials and school administrators briefly held students in place while first responders worked, and the principal notified Londonderry families that medical safety protocols were activated during the emergency response.
