Sheriffs Arrest Mass. Drug Dealer

The Rockingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested the following individuals recently:

Eric LeBlanc, 38, of Spruce Street in Manchester, was arrested on June 13, for def sent violation on a theft charge.

Luis A. Nevarez, 58, of Franklin Street in Philadelphia, PA, was arrested on June 12, for failure to appear on a failure to appear at a failure to register as a sex offender charge.

Danielle B. Griffin, 34, of Eastview Avenue in Billerica, MA, was arrested on June 12, for failure to appear at the arraignment on a cocaine possession charge and a false report to law enforcement officer.

Betsy L. Ross, 43, of Lafayette in Rochester, was arrested on June 12, for failure to appear at the arraignment of a heroin possession charge and theft.

Stephen A. Foti Jr., 30, of Kendall Pond Road in Derry, was arrested on June 10, for failure to appear at the plea/sentencing on a cocaine possession charge.

Elias Iliopoulos, 38, of Jefferson Avenue in Lawrence, MA, was arrested on June 10, for failure to appear on a possession of heroin with intent to sell charge, possession of cocaine with intent to sell, possession of fentanyl, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, felon in possession of a handgun, and felon in possession of a firearm.

Sean B. Shaw, 32, of Summer Street in Manchester, was arrested on June 10, for a judge’s order to arrest, restitution, on a second-degree assault charge.

Todd M. Doughty, 46, a homeless man, was arrested on June 9, for VOP on a reckless conduct in a motor vehicle charge.

Casey B. McNamara, 21, of Hooke Road in Fremont, was arrested on June 9, on two bench warrants.

Jessica L. Hannan-Vitale, 25, of Somerville Street in Manchester, was arrested on June 8, for failure to appear on a first-degree assault (knife) charge and a bench warrant out of Salem District Court.

Timothy D. Hiett, 30, of Aspen Drive in Atkinson, was arrested at Jun 8, on a judge’s order to arrest, VOP, on a control premises where heroin is kept and two bench warrants out of Nashua District Court.
