Two NH Liquor and Wine Outlets to Relocate This Spring
Two new 15,000-square-foot locations set to open in Londonderry and Seabrook.

CONCORD, NH - State Liquor and Wine Outlet customers will have two improved locations to shop at this spring thanks to a continued effort by the New Hampshire Liquor Commission (NHLC) to renovate and relocate stores and enhance customer shopping experiences.
Construction is currently underway at 15,000-square-foot locations in Southgate Plaza on Lafayette Road in Seabrook and on Nashua Road in Londonderry. Thanks to the improvements, NHLC expects combined sales at the two locations to reach $17.7 million next fiscal year.
Since 2012, NHLC has renovated or relocated 20 stores throughout New Hampshire, according to a press statement.

Both the Seabrook and Londonderry NH Liquor & Wine Outlets will offer an expansive selection of wines and spirits in an improved retail environment. Modern amenities include high-efficiency LED fixtures, expansive aisles allowing for easy shopping, temperature-controlled wine cabinets and iPads, which will offer suggested food and wine pairings. NHLC anticipates both locations will be open in late spring.
“The New Hampshire Liquor Commission is committed to creating an unparalleled retail experience for our consumers by offering the products they know and trust at the most competitive prices in New England,” said NHLC Chairman Joseph Mollica. “We are delivering on this promise by continually investing in our stores while raising critical revenue for New Hampshire’s General Fund. It’s a win-win for consumers and the state.”

The new 15,000-square-foot Londonderry NH Liquor & Wine Outlet (#74) will be positioned across the parking lot from the existing 4,000-square-foot location in the Market Basket Plaza at 34 Nashua Road. The newly constructed NH Liquor & Wine Outlet will be featured alongside Market Basket, TJ Maxx, Home Goods and several other national retailers in the highly desirable retail area close to Interstate 93. The retail plaza is adjacent to the entrance of Woodmont Commons, a proposed $1 billion, 600-acre, village-style development in Londonderry. NHLC expects sales could reach $8.5 million thanks to the improvements.
The existing 6,000-square-foot Seabrook NH Liquor & Wine Outlet (#41) at 808 Lafayette Road will be relocated two miles away to a 15,000 square-foot location in Seabrook Southgate Plaza at 38 Lafayette Road. Strategically located near I-95, Route 107, Route 1 and the Massachusetts border, the enhanced location is expected to generate $9.2 million in annual sales.
In addition to Seabrook and Londonderry, NHLC will relocate the existing Bristol NH Liquor & Wine Outlet (#44) on Lake Street to a new location on Route 104 in New Hampton. Work is also underway on a new 9,000-square-foot store in the new Riverside Landing development on Ridge View Lane in Plymouth that will take the place of the existing Tenney Mountain Highway location (#19). In December, NHLC celebrated the grand opening of a new 12,000-square-foot NH Liquor & Wine Outlet in Epping’s popular Brickyard Square.
