Time to 'Celebrate The Senses'!The New Hampshire Herbal Network’s annual Herb and Garden Day will take place Saturday, June 6, at the Forest Society Conservation Center at 54 Portsmouth St. in Concord. Tickets are $35 in advance, or $55 on the day of the event. Visit nhherbalnetwork.org/herbday.
We have a great line-up of teachers, workshops, and wonderful local artisans selling their wares at the market! Plant sale - herbs, veggies and flowers.
We are also happy to have The Village Drum to lead a community drumming session.&nbsp; Julie Corey will lead you in a fun time suited for all ages.&nbsp; She will bring drums, but feel free to bring your own!

Outdoor tables &amp; chairs for eating are located on the back deck.&nbsp; You may also want to bring a picnic blanket and sit out on the grass.&nbsp; In case of rain (let's pray for sun!) you can eat in the classrooms.&nbsp; Also, restrooms are indoors: one located off the main lobby and the other located across from the Kitchen classroom.

Spring 2026 continues to come on strong.&nbsp; Are you ready for summer?&nbsp; Come by and say hi and see what the Merrimack Historical Society has in store for 2026!
The fourteen classes of Merrimack’s 4th grade students have been experiencing living field trips to our District Schoolhouse #12 to participate in and witness education as it was experienced in the 1850s of which you are planning on being a part.&nbsp; The field trips fbegan in April, through the entire month of May, and concluded on Monday June 1st.&nbsp; This has been exciting for the Society, the School District, the Students and Teachers and the Merrimack Community.
We will also be participating in&nbsp;Merrimack’s 4th of July parade. And we will be hosting the&nbsp;Yankee Brass band in July&nbsp;to continue the celebration of our country’s 250th anniversary. An exciting year ahead!
