• Future of e-bikes, e-scooters and alternative vehicles discussed in Manchester (westnewsmagazine.com) — Manchester officials are weighing new rules for e-bikes, e-scooters and other alternative vehicles after residents raised safety and access concerns. At the Aug. 3 Board of Aldermen meeting, City Administrator Justin Klocke outlined survey data and policy questions that will guide draft ordinances on where these devices can operate and what safety measures might be required.
