Alleged Burglars, Drug Dealers, Others Indicted: Roundup

Plus, Nashua man allegedly threatened a woman with a BB gun, alleged NJ crack dealer indicted, and man faces insurance fraud charges.

NASHUA, NH - The following individuals have been indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court:

Hugo Melo, 51, of Wason Avenue in Nashua, for two counts of domestic violence, criminal threatening, and reckless conduct, all felonies. On Dec. 31, 2015, he allegedly pointed a pistol and threatened a woman “saying words to the effect of, ‘I’m going to shoot you.’”

Adam Noel, 33, of Ledge Street in Nashua, for felony possession of a controlled drug (Suboxone) on Dec. 18, 2015, in Nashua.

Nathan O’Brien, 27, of Mast Road in Goffstown, for felony sale of narcotics (heroin) on Sept. 22, 2015, in Milford.

Jeremy Oliver, 26, with a last known address of Paxton Terrace in Nashua, for convicted felons, a felony. On Dec. 11, 2015, in Nashua, he was allegedly in possession of a switchblade. He was previously convicted of felony sale of a controlled drug in 2012 in Hillsborough County Superior Court.

Pawn Stars LLC doing business as Nashua Pawn, Briarwood Lane in Litchfield on five felony counts of receiving stolen property.

Angela Peno, 39, of Kinsley Street in Nashua, on two counts of sale of a controlled drug (heroin), possession of a controlled drug with intent to dispense, and possession of a controlled drugs. On Sept. 21, and Sept. 23, 2015, she allegedly sold drugs to an individual working as an agent for the Nashua Police Department. In December 2012, she was previously convicted of a Class B felony.

Charissa Pickering, 43, of Ash Street in Nashua, for felony theft by deception. In August 2014, 18 times, she allegedly entered Shaw’s on Main Street and the Royal Ridge Plaza and drew checks on Citizens bank accounts and/or her Bluebird account withdrawing more than $1,500 that she didn’t have.

Wander Hernandez Rodriguez, 20, of Cross Street in Nashua, on three counts of felony insurance fraud. In July 2015, he allegedly defrauded an insurer in Nashua of more than $1,100 by claiming an accident that occurred on July 2, happened on July 20.

Jose Rosario, 18, of Amherst Street in Nashua, for felony burglary. On Dec. 17, 2015, he allegedly burglarized a home on Amherst Street in Hudson.

John Rundlett, 52, of no fixed address/Hillsborough County House of Corrections for felony habitual offender. On Oct. 29, 2015, he allegedly drove on Laurent Street in Nashua after being deemed a habitual offender by the state of New Hampshire.
