Alleged Drug Dealers, Excavator Thief, Others Indicted: Roundup

Nashua man allegedly tampered with witness in sex case, man allegedly stole thousands from nightclub, and Derry woman faces drug charge.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South recently.

Corey McCrady, 20, of Elmwood Drive in Hudson, for possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl, a felony, allegedly on March 10, 2016, in Hudson.

Nicholas McDowell-Monte, 23, of Temple Street in Nashua, for sale of a counterfeit drug-heroin and sale of a narcotic drug-fentanyl, both felonies, allegedly on July 26, 2016, in Nashua.

Martin McHugh, 29, of Linton Street in Nashua, for felony witness tampering. On June 30, 2016, he allegedly attempted to induce or otherwise cause a witness to inform false information to the Hillsborough County Attorney’s Office in Nashua.

Matthew Medeiros, 36, of Locust Street in Swansea, MA, for felony theft by unauthorized taking ($1,501+). On April 3, 2013, in Merrimack, he allegedly exercised unauthorized control over an excavator belonging to Compact Power Equipment of Merrimack, that was rented through Home Depot.

Jeffrey Normandin, 29, of Moonbeam Avenue in Chelmsford, MA, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl, alleged on Sept. 6, 2016, in Hudson.

Anthony Olivo, 21, of Ahern Street in Manchester, on three felony counts of forgery. On April 29, and May 1, 2016, he allegedly drew nearly $2,100 from the bank account of Club ManchVegas in Manchester at banks in Hudson and Nashua.

Matthew Paul, 48, of Laurel Street in Manchester, for felony forgery. In March 2016, he allegedly cashed more than $1,800 worth of checks in Nashua drawn on a relative’s Citizens Bank account.

Brittany Pilling, 26, of Old Bye Road in Raymond, for possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl and possession of a prescription drug-Amitriptyline, both felonies, allegedly on July 12, 2016, in Nashua.

Shana Poisson, 43, of Bypass 28 in Derry, for felony possession of a controlled drug-heroin and disobeying an officer. On July 10, 2016, in Nashua, she allegedly gave a false name to an officer after a traffic stop and was in possession of the drug when police arrested her, according to the indictment.
