Alleged Drug Dealers, Others Indicted in Hillsborough Court

Mass. woman indicted for theft in Merrimack, Hudson man indicted in drive-by shooting incident, Wilton man indicted for flipping vehicle.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted in February in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.

Antron Hughes, 55, pictured upper left, of Ash Court in Nashua, on 10 felony counts of sale of a controlled drug-crack cocaine, subsequent, allegedly on Sept. 1, Sept. 7, Sept. 12, Sept. 16, Sept. 21, Sept. 26, Oct. 7, Oct. 11, Oct. 13, and Oct. 26, 2016, attempted sale of a controlled drug-crack cocaine, subsequent, on Oct. 25, 2016, and felony common nuisances, in Nashua. Hughes was previously convicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North in August 2003.

Shamia Jordan, 23, pictured upper right, of Boston Post Road in Sudbury, MA, for felony theft by deception, allegedly on Sept. 2, 2016, allegedly at the New Hampshire State Liquor and Wine Outlet in Merrimack.

Jason Kasilowski, 41 of Jewett Street in Lowell, MA, for felony theft by unauthorized taking, on Dec. 23, 2016, for allegedly stealing Twisted Tea from Haffner’s Service Station in Hudson. He was previously convicted of theft in May 2005 in Rockingham County Superior Court and June 2007 in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.

Brian Kelley, 33, pictured upper center right, of Railroad Square in Nashua, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, allegedly on Nov. 17, 2016, in Nashua.

Michael Kenyon, 23, pictured upper center left, of Pelham Road in Hudson, for criminal liability for reckless conduct-deadly weapon, a felony, and criminal liability for criminal mischief. Oct. 21, and Oct. 22, 2016, he allegedly assisted Nicholas Boucher with transportation to and from the scene of a reported crime in Nashua.

Zakery Krol, 18, of Mason Road in Wilton, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, three counts of second-degree assault and three counts of reckless conduct, all felonies, as well as criminal trespass. On Sept. 5, 2016, in Milford, he allegedly drove vehicle doughnuts and placed two other people in danger. During the process, he reportedly flipped his vehicle and three people were injured. Krol was also charged with trespassing on a field owned by Not Too Dusty LLC in Milford.

Jarid Kukas, 19, of Bowers Street in Nashua, for felony receiving stolen property-stolen firearm. On Dec. 1, 2016, in Nashua, he allegedly retained control of a Glock 43 firearm while being aided by Jonathan Cruz, according to the indictment.
