Alleged Drug Dealers, a Strangler, and a Kidnapper Indicted: Roundup

Man involved in alleged car-theft, eight vehicle crash incident on Everett Turnpike indicted; Nashua man indicted after domestic in Milford.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted in July 2016 in Hillsborough County Superior Court:

Omile Albino, 40, of Major Drive in Nashua, for possession of a narcotic drug-heroin, and possession of a controlled drug-cocaine, both second offenses and felonies, from an alleged incident on April 9, 2016, in Nashua. He was previously convicted of possession of a controlled substance in June 2008 in Worcester MA District Court.

Patrick Aubrey, 27, of Gilson Road in Nashua, for domestic violence-second-degree assault, strangulation, witness tampering, both felonies, and domestic violence and domestic violence-simple assault. On March 30, 2016, in Milford, he allegedly strangled and assaulted a woman. He also allegedly “purposely attempted to induce or otherwise cause (the woman) to withhold testimony” after telling another man to tell her to drop the charges or words to that effect, according to the indictment.

Kristopher Balcom, 37, pictured lower left, of Ayer Road in Nashua, for sale of a controlled drug-methamphetamine, sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl, and possession with intent to distribute. On April 28, 2016, in Nashua, he allegedly sold the drugs to an individual working as an agent of the police department.

Savanah Barboza, 28, of Fairmount Street in Nashua, for possession of a controlled drug-Lorazepam, second offense, a felony, endangering the welfare of a child, and possession of a controlled drug-marijuana. On March 24, 2016, she was in Nashua and driving while a baby was allegedly not properly secured in a car seat. She was also allegedly in possession of drugs at the time. She was previously convicted for possession of a controlled drug in Nashua District Court in March 2016.

Nicholas Boucher, 22, of Vine Street in Nashua, for felony possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute-marijuana on July 23, 2015, in Nashua. He was allegedly in possession of more than 1 oz. and less than 5 lbs., according to the indictment.

James Brennan, 20, pictured lower center, of Hill Ferry Road in Nashua, for felony kidnapping. On April 30, 2015, he allegedly kidnapped a Nashua woman, threatened to kill, and struck her in the head, in Nashua.

Jonathan Calvin, 31, upper picture, of Main Street in Nashua, for two counts of robbery, two counts of first-degree assault, reckless conduct, attempted first-degree assault, and theft. On April 15, 2016, in Nashua he allegedly stabbed a person, stole a vehicle, and then operated the vehicle at a high rate of speed on the Everett Turnpike.

Charles Cameron, 33, pictured lower right, of Barnesdale Road in Nashua, for two counts of felony identity fraud. On Oct. 18, and Oct. 28, 2015, he allegedly defrauded Capital One Bank by using another person’s information to gain credit.

Israel Carrillo, 27, of Jackson Street in Nashua, for receiving a stolen firearm and possession of a controlled drug-marijuana, with intent to distribute, both felonies. On Dec. 3, 2015, he was allegedly in possession of a gun that belonged to someone else and more than 1 oz. of marijuana after previously being convicted in Nashua District Court in December 2003.
