Alleged Drug Dealers, Stalker, Others Indicted: Roundup
Nashua man indicted for ID fraud, Mason man indicted on second-degree assault charges, Greenville man indicted on child sex image charges.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court:
Shane A. Adkinson, 32, pictured lower left, of Terrance Street in Nashua, for two felony counts of domestic violence-stalking. On March 21, 2016, in Nashua, he allegedly called and texted a woman who had an active protection order.

Daniel Aldaz Osorio, 24, of Fairmont Street in Nashua, for aggravated DUI with serious injury and possession of a controlled drug-cocaine, less than half an ounce, both felonies. On March 3, 2016, he allegedly was under the influence of liquor or drugs after an accident on Broad Street Parkway.
David Alexander, 61, of Hampstead Road in Derry, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-methamphetamine, a felony, after being previously convicted of drug kept in a vehicle in Hillsborough County Superior Court in October 2007. The alleged incident occurred on April 6, 2016, in Nashua.

Benjamin Allison, 19, of Main Street in Greenville, for five felony counts of possession of child sex abuse images. In December 2015, investigators allegedly found him to be in possession of videos and pictures.
Melissa Babian, 36, pictured right, incarcerated, for possession of a controlled drug and common nuisance, both felonies, after allegedly being found in possession of a controlled drug – fentanyl – within 1,000 feet of a secondary school in Milford.
Joel Brien, 34, with a last known address of Cannongate Road in Nashua, for three counts of identity fraud and a single count of theft by deception (more than $1,500). In December 2015, in Nashua, he allegedly submitted a line of credit through Capital One under two false names and withdrew $2,100 worth of money from a DCU checking account owned by another man.
Shawn Burrows, 26, of Main Street in Sandown, for felony possession of controlled drugs-crack cocaine on April 5, 2016, in Nashua. He was previously convicted of an offense in Plaistow District Court in September 2009.
Scott Campbell, 22, pictured upper left, of Elmwood Drive in Hudson, for felony sale of a narcotic drug-fentanyl on April 21, 2016, in Nashua, allegedly to a cooperating individual working with the Nashua Police.
Wade Chuang, 30, of North Road in Carlisle, MA, for possession of a controlled drug-amphetamine, second offense, possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute-cocaine, second offense, both felonies, and resisting arrest or detention. The alleged incidents took play on March 17, 2016, in Nashua. Chuang was previously convicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court in July 2014.
Timothy Colleton, 61, of Townsend Road in Mason, for second-degree assault and second-degree assault; extreme indifference, both felonies, as well as attempted simple assault. On Jan. 16, 2016, in Mason, he allegedly struck one person, breaking their finger and struck the victim’s head “multiple times causing unconsciousness.” He also allegedly chased another person up a flight of stairs for the purpose of assaulting the person, according to the indictment.
