Alleged Drunk Driver Arrested
Thomas Lasala of Merrimack was arrested after an altercation was reported in the parking lot of a local restaurant.
A local man was arrested on Saturday night for drunk driving, according to Merrimack Police.
Thomas Lasala, 28, of Merrimack, was arrested on Nov. 7, 2015, and charged with operating under the influence-liquor.

According to police, officers were called to the area of the Pacific Fusion Restaurant on Daniel Webster Highway for a report of a past tense altercation in the parking lot.
“The responding units were advised that the involved parties had left the area in a vehicle which was quickly located,” according to Sgt. Kenneth MacLeod of the Merrimack Police Department. “Upon further investigation by the officer, Thomas Lasala was arrested and charged with OUIL 1st offense.”

Lasala was later released on personal recognizance bail and is due in court on Nov. 19.
