Alleged Heroin, Crack Cocaine Dealers Indicted
Plus, teen allegedly sexually assaults disabled woman, one charged with insurance fraud, man allegedly steals Xboxes.

Melissa Anderson, 40, of Tenth Street in Nashua, for felony possession of a narcotic drug and operating after revocation, second offense. On Jan. 16, 2015, she was allegedly in possession on oxycondone after a traffic stop on Main Dunstable Road.
Randy Arias-Aquino, 19, of Willow Street in Nashua, on eight counts of felony aggravated felonious sexual assault. In December 2014 in Nashua, he allegedly sexually assaulted a disabled female on a number of occasions, in different ways, after she stated “no” to the actions.
Eric Bennett, 48, of Emerson Turnpike in Weare, for felony possession of a narcotic drug. On Feb. 24, 2015, he allegedly had possession of benzodiazepine in Merrimack.

William Chenard, 38, of Manning Avenue in Middletown, MA, on five counts of felony theft by unauthorized taking or transfer for allegedly stealing six North Face ski jackets on Dec. 16, 2014, from Proctor Ski in Nashua, a computer from Costco on Dec. 19, 2014, a laptop from BJ’s Wholesale Club on Dec. 27, 2014, three Xbox systems from Best Buy on Jan. 2, 2015, in Nashua, and three chainsaws from Lowes on Feb. 3, 2015.

Jacob Cleary, 31, of Congress Street in Nashua, for felony possession of a controlled (oxycodone) on January 2015, in Nashua.
Rita Gaulin, 44, of Derry Road in Hudson, for two counts of felony sale of narcotic drug (heroin) in July 2014, in Hudson.
Jeremy Gendron, 42, of Cypress Lane in Nashua, for felony theft by deception from February 2014, in Nashua for allegedly making false withdrawals from a TD Bank checking account.
Jonathan Gonzalez, 27, of Somerville Road in Manchester, for felony insurance fraud for allegedly deceiving an insurance company in April 2014 in Hudson.
Jose Gonzalez, 35, currently incarcerated, for felony sale of narcotic drug, second offense. On Aug. 1, 2014, in Nashua, he allegedly sold cocaine to another after previously being convicted of possession in Massachusetts in 2004.
Therese Gonzalez, 28, of Temple Street in Nashua, for eight felony counts of sale of narcotic drug for allegedly selling heroin and crack cocaine in Aug. 2014, in Nashua.
