Alleged Teen Cop Assaulter, Drug Dealers Indicted: Roundup
Plus, Nashua felon allegedly stole Red Bull drinks, woman indicted for kicking man for his phone, numerous indictments for drug possession.
NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.
Martin Paralle, 42, of Chestnut Street in Nashua, for theft by unauthorized taking, a felony, due to two prior convictions, for allegedly stealing Red Bull drinks from Shaw’s Supermarket on June 21, 2016, in Nashua. He was previously convicted in Nashua District Court in February and October 2014.

Michael Pattelena, 19, of Patch Road in Hollis, for felony second-degree assault, as well as simple assault-enhanced, and resisting arrest after allegedly striking a police officer and causing a concussion in Hollis on June 19, 2016.
Jose Perez, 32, of Ledge Street in Nashua, for five counts of sale of a controlled drug-cocaine, second offense. On Feb. 23, Feb. 24, Feb. 25, Feb. 29, and March 1, 2016, he allegedly sold the drug to an undercover Nashua Police officer. Perez was previously convicted of possession with intent to sell in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North in November 2011.

Olivia Pinion-Felton, 20, of no fixed address in Nashua, for felony possession of a narcotic drug, second offense, and felony sale of a narcotic drug, second offense, allegedly on May 19, 2016, in Nashua, to an individual working with the Nashua Police Department. She reportedly represented the drug to be heroin but it was fentanyl, according to the indictment. She was previously convicted of possession of a controlled drug in Nashua District Court in August 2015.
Brandon Reynolds, 50, of Beacon Court in Nashua, for two felony counts of sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl, subsequent, allegedly on Feb. 15, and Feb. 19, 2016, in Nashua. He was previously convicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South in April 2012.
Alaina Rines, 34, of Harvard Street in Nashua, for felony possession of a controlled drug-Clonazepam, allegedly on May 24, 2016, in Nashua.
Theresa Rodonis, 42, of Jefferson Street in Nashua, for felony robbery. On June 1, 2016, in Nashua, she allegedly used physical force on another person – kicking – while attempting to steal a phone.
Kirstin Rommel, 26, of Abads Drive in North Woodstock, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-crack cocaine, allegedly on June 2, 2016.
Sean Rose, 34, of Highland Street in Plymouth, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-heroin, allegedly on June 2, 2016, in Nashua.
David Rugar, 55, of Broad Street in Nashua, for two counts of possession of a narcotic drug-Oxycodone and Buprenorphine, second offense, allegedly on May 19, 2016, in Nashua. He was previously convicted of possession of a controlled drug with intent to sell in May 1997 in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.
