• Colebrook woman accused of DWI, fleeing police after erratic driving in Merrimack (boston25news.com) — Merrimack police say a driver from Colebrook is facing DWI and several related charges after allegedly hitting signs, leaving a scene, and refusing to stop before being detained on Baboosic Lake Road. Officers report she was taken into custody, processed at Merrimack Police Department, and held on preventative detention. She is due in 9th Circuit Merrimack District Court, and all allegations remain unproven.
   

• New Hampshire businesses weigh in on new wave of US-imposed tariffs on Canada (wmur.com) — New U.S. tariffs on Canadian goods are already affecting some New Hampshire businesses, including Able Ebenezer Brewing Company in Merrimack, which is seeing aluminum can prices fluctuate. The brewery's team says they're absorbing costs for now and were relieved grain imports were spared. Other retailers report fewer Canadian customers and worry the tariff fight could strain cross-border business ties.
