ARREST LOG: 10 Teens Found at Drinking Party

Parents were not home at the time of alleged underage drinking party. The following information was supplied by Merrimack Police. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Ten teens were taken into custody over the weekend after police were called to an unknown disturbance in front of a home on Westminster Lane on Saturday night.

were called to the home just after 11 p.m. where they say they found an underage drinking party.

Ten juveniles were detained, processed and later released to the custody of their parents. The underaged resident of the Westminster Lane home had held the party while the parents were away. The police department is further investigating the matter. The case will be forwarded to the juvenile bureau to review for the possibility of further charges.

Domestic Disturbance Leads to Arrest

A man charged with domestic criminal mischief early Monday morning will be in court this morning to answer to the charge.

Police were called to a home on Front Street at 1:17 a.m. for a report of a domestic situation. While investigating the incident they say they learned Sean Blake, 39, no address given, had damaged an item at the residence that belonged to a member of the household. Blake was arrested and released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail.

 

Man Nabbed for Operating After Suspension for Second Time

A Hampton Falls man who was pulled over on the Exit 12 southbound on ramp of the F.E. Everett Turnpike on Saturday was arrested for operating after suspension, a second offense.

Police say Eric Nichols, 29, of 153 Lafayette Road, Hampton Falls, was stopped for a motor vehicle infraction. When his license was run it was determined his license had been suspended and he'd previously been convicted of operating after suspension. He was arrested and released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail. Nichols was ordered to appear in Merrimack's district court on Jan. 17 to answer to the charge.
