Concord Man Arrested For Domestic Assault In Merrimack

Police: Nicholas Trebian was arrested yesterday after an argument at a Merrimack business about an item in a shared storage unit.

MERRIMACK, NH — A New Hampshire man was arrested on July 4, 2017, after an alleged assault incident in Merrimack, according to police. Nicholas Trebian, 35, of Franklin Street in Concord, was arrested for domestic violence-simple assault yesterday after police were sent to a local business for a report of an altercation at just after 11 a.m., according to Sgt. Cassell of the Merrimack Police Department. Trebian, police alleged, pushed a woman after an argument escalated.

“During the course of the investigation, officers discovered that Nicholas Trebian had been engaged in an argument with a female with whom he was sharing a storage unit with,” Cassell stated. “While sorting through property, the two began arguing about ownership of a particular item.”

Trebian was arrested and transported to police headquarters. He was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail and is due in Merrimack District Court on July 6.

Back in August 2016, according to a post on Patch, Trebian was arrested for disobeying an officer on Franklin Street.
