Penacook Man Arrested for Reckless Operation, Protective Order Violation: Log

CONCORD, NH — Derek C. Maltais, 32, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 6:18 a.m. on Aug. 22, 2016, on a bench warrant. He was arrested after an alleged incident at the Lun Hing Motel on Fisherville Road.

Kimilie J.J. Drew, 51, a homeless woman now located in Concord, was arrested at 1:42 p.m. on Aug. 22, 2016, on a bench warrant. She was arrested after an alleged incident at Keach Park.

Nicolas G. Trebian, 34, of Franklin Street, was arrested at 9:54 p.m. on Aug. 22, 2016, for disobeying an officer after an alleged incident on Franklin Street.

Sarah Al Al Khulaifawi, 19, of Concord Gardens, was arrested at 12:49 a.m. on Aug. 23, 2016, for simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault. She was arrested after an alleged incident at an apartment at the complex.

Laura L. Fortin, 47, a homeless woman now located in Concord, was arrested at 12:55 p.m. on Aug. 23, 2016, for theft and possession of prescription drugs without a prescription. She was arrested after an alleged incident at Rite Aid on North State Street.

Constance Boardman, 62, of Alice Drive in Concord, was arrested at 6:42 p.m. on Aug. 23, 2016, for conduct after an accident after an alleged incident at the Market Basket on Fort Eddy Road.

Ashley V. Ordmandy, 30, of Route 129 in Loudon, was arrested at 8:27 p.m. on Aug. 23, 2016, on a bench warrant after an alleged incident on North State Street.

Sara W. Gregg, 38, of Woodland Drive in Weare, was arrested at 11:55 p.m. on Aug. 23, 2016, on warrants after an alleged incident at Suds Appeal on Washington Street.

Stephen Shaw, 30, of Thomas Street in Buxport, ME, was arrested at 12:16 a.m. on Aug. 24, 2016, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer after an alleged incident at Concord Litho on Old Turnpike Road.

Shawn A. O’Neill, 27, of Manor Road in Penacook, was arrested at 1:33 a.m. on Aug. 24, 2016, for domestic violence-violation of a protective order and reckless operation after an alleged incident at the Beaver Meadow Golf Course maintenance shop on Beaver Meadow Street.

Harvey Jacob, 20, of Jackson Street in Hillsborough, was arrested at 3:03 a.m. on Aug. 24, 2016, on a bench warrant after an alleged incident at the McDonald’s Restaurant on South Main Street.

Nanda L. Dhakal, 56, of Canton Circle in Concord, was arrested at 9:31 a.m. on Aug. 24, 2016, for conduct after an accident after an alleged incident at the Garden Center at Walmart on Loudon Road.

Jeffrey E. Smith, 54, Queen Street in Boscawen, was arrested at 9:45 a.m. on Aug. 24, 2016, for conduct after an accident after an alleged incident at the Cityside Grille on Manchester Street.

Taylor L. Wilkins, 20, of Walpole, was arrested at 1:17 p.m. on Aug. 24, 2016, for simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, and criminal mischief. She was arrested after an alleged incident at the central fire station on North State Street.

Robert F. Loiselle, 47, of Fisherville Road in Concord, was arrested at 4:46 p.m. on Aug. 24, 2016, on three bench warrants. He was arrested after an alleged incident at the Everett Arena on Loudon Road.

Dayna E. Farnham, 24, of Millstream Lane in Concord, was arrested at 7 p.m. on Aug. 24, 2016, on eight counts of fraudulent use of a credit card and receiving stolen property. The charges stem from alleged incidents at the Merrimack County Savings Bank Village Street location in Penacook.
