Police: Woman charged with eight counts of credit card fraud and Boscawen, Concord residents arrested on conduct after accident charges.

CONCORD, NH — Derek C. Maltais, 32, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 6:18 a.m. on Aug. 22, 2016, on a bench warrant. He was arrested after an alleged incident at the Lun Hing Motel on Fisherville Road.

Kimilie J.J. Drew, 51, a homeless woman now located in Concord, was arrested at 1:42 p.m. on Aug. 22, 2016, on a bench warrant. She was arrested after an alleged incident at Keach Park.

Stephen Shaw, 30, of Thomas Street in Buxport, ME, was arrested at 12:16 a.m. on Aug. 24, 2016, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer after an alleged incident at Concord Litho on Old Turnpike Road.

Shawn A. O’Neill, 27, of Manor Road in Penacook, was arrested at 1:33 a.m. on Aug. 24, 2016, for domestic violence-violation of a protective order and reckless operation after an alleged incident at the Beaver Meadow Golf Course maintenance shop on Beaver Meadow Street.

Harvey Jacob, 20, of Jackson Street in Hillsborough, was arrested at 3:03 a.m. on Aug. 24, 2016, on a bench warrant after an alleged incident at the McDonald’s Restaurant on South Main Street.

Nanda L. Dhakal, 56, of Canton Circle in Concord, was arrested at 9:31 a.m. on Aug. 24, 2016, for conduct after an accident after an alleged incident at the Garden Center at Walmart on Loudon Road.

Jeffrey E. Smith, 54, Queen Street in Boscawen, was arrested at 9:45 a.m. on Aug. 24, 2016, for conduct after an accident after an alleged incident at the Cityside Grille on Manchester Street.

Taylor L. Wilkins, 20, of Walpole, was arrested at 1:17 p.m. on Aug. 24, 2016, for simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, and criminal mischief. She was arrested after an alleged incident at the central fire station on North State Street.

Robert F. Loiselle, 47, of Fisherville Road in Concord, was arrested at 4:46 p.m. on Aug. 24, 2016, on three bench warrants. He was arrested after an alleged incident at the Everett Arena on Loudon Road.

Dayna E. Farnham, 24, of Millstream Lane in Concord, was arrested at 7 p.m. on Aug. 24, 2016, on eight counts of fraudulent use of a credit card and receiving stolen property. The charges stem from alleged incidents at the Merrimack County Savings Bank Village Street location in Penacook.
