Forrester Continues 'Get the Straight Scoop' Meetings

The state Senator and Republican candidate for governor will be in Merrimack on July 26; Hollis on July 28.

CONCORD, NH — State Senator, and candidate for governor, Jeanie Forrester will campaign in Merrimack on July 26, Haverhill on July 27, and Plymouth and Hollis on July 28.

7 p.m. on July 26, 2016: ‘Get The Straight Scoop’ Meeting, Town Hall Meeting with town residents, Merrimack Town Hall, 6 Baboosic Lake Road in Merrimack.

11:30 a.m. on July 27, 2016: Ice Cream Social, Horse Meadow Senior Center, Meeting with Seniors, 91 Horse Meadow Road in Haverhill.

Bio

Jeanie Forrester is in her third term representing District 2. She is a resident of Meredith located in the state's scenic Lakes Region and has served in the senate since she was first elected in 2010.

For the 2015-2016 legislative session, she serves as Chair of the Finance Committee and is also on the Capital Budget Committee.

She and her husband Keith own a small environmental technology company. She has also served in Town Administrator positions in Tuftonboro and New Durham. More recently, she served as the Executive Director for two award-winning Main Street programs in Plymouth and Meredith, where she helped create jobs and economic prosperity by attracting new businesses and new development.
