• Anheuser-Busch plant in Merrimack sold to United Therapeutics for $47.5M (unionleader.com) — United Therapeutics has purchased Anheuser-Busch's former 300‑acre brewery property on Daniel Webster Highway in Merrimack for $47.5 million, opening the door to major redevelopment. Brewing operations there closed last year, affecting about 125 workers, and a five‑year deed restriction now blocks any new alcohol manufacturing while still allowing restaurants or stores to sell drinks on site.
   

• Ticker: Rest stop unrest in NH (bostonherald.com) — A preliminary hearing at Merrimack Superior Court will examine a lawsuit over who gets to redevelop New Hampshire's busy I‑95 liquor store rest areas.
