Fugitive Arrested for Lying on Gun Purchase Form
Meagan Enos of Manchester was arrested by Merrimack Police for allegedly attempting to purchase two guns in October.

A local woman wanted on a fugitive warrant in the Bay State was arrested recently in Merrimack allegedly attempting to obtain firearms.
Meagan A. Enos, 29, of Auburn Street in Manchester, was arrested last month on a single count of unsworn falsification.

According to police, Enos allegedly attempted to purchase two handguns at a local gun shop on Oct. 22, 2015, while she was also wanted on a fugitive from justice charge in Massachusetts. The falsification charge was filed against her for allegedly “untruthfully completing a federal 4473 form or more commonly referred to as a application to purchase a firearm.”
Enos was arraigned on Nov. 12 in Merrimack District Court.

According to online reports, Enos is no stranger to police.
In January, according to the New Hampshire Union Leader, Enos was arrested on two different occasions during the month, for theft and later, credit card fraud. In April, she was arrested for possession of a controlled drug on Union Street. She was arrested for sale or manufacturing a controlled drug (cocaine/opium) on Oct. 26, 2015.
Enos was also arrested in June 2013, according to Concord NH Patch, for disobeying a police officer and operating after suspension.
