Goffstown, Hooksett, Manchester Men Arrested For Tagging
Merrimack Police allege that the men spray painted the underside of the Central Fire Station Bridge on the Daniel Webster Highway.
MERRIMACK, NH — Four men have been arrested on charges after allegedly being involved in a vandalism incident at the Merrimack Fire Department Headquarters, according to police. Kiernan L. Luby, 21, upper left, of Tirrell Hill Road in Goffstown, Colby T. Chery, 19, upper right, of Appleton Street in Manchester, Patrick M. Allbee, 22, lower left, of Dunbarton Road in Manchester, and Cullen J. Cunningham, 21, lower right, of Kerri Lane in Hooksett, were all arrested on criminal mischief and criminal liability charges. The arrests, according to Lt. Matthew Tarleton of the Merrimack Police Department, took place on Nov. 10, and Nov. 15, 2017.

Tarleton said the warrants for the four men stemmed from an alleged incident on Nov. 6, when police were sent to a vandalism incident at Central Fire Station Bridge.

“Prior to the officers’ arrival, a witness to the vandalism reported that all four male subjects had left the scene in two vehicles; one headed south and the other north on DW Hwy,” he noted. “Officers subsequently located and stopped both vehicles shortly thereafter and identified the involved parties as the above Luby, Chery, Allbee and Cunningham.”
The men were questioned and police investigated the incident. After taking statements, photographs, and other physical evidence – “that they were, in fact, involved in the crime and had specifically picked that location to ‘tag,’” warrants were issued.

All four men are due in court on Dec. 19.
