GoFundMe Site Created for Boy Struck by SUV

Jackson Cote was struck while riding his bike in Merrimack; friends and family are hoping to raise $25K to pay for medical bills.

MERRIMACK, NH - A GoFundMe site has been set up to raise money for Jackson Cote, 13, a boy who was struck by an SUV at the intersection of Church Street and the Daniel Webster Highway back in June.

According to the organizers of the fundraiser, "Jackson suffered many injuries including 2 broken arms and 2 broken legs. Jackson's road to recovery will be a long and painful one."

At post time, more than $1,800 of the $25,000 organizers hope to raise has been raised through the effort.

"His recovery will not be easy but with the love from his friends and family he will over come," the drive noted. "All proceeds will go 100% to paying his medical bills so he can focus on once again living a normal life."
