Y of Greater Nashua welcomes new Director of Human Relations, June Zoia

YMCA OF GREATER NASHUA NAMES JUNE ZOIA AS ITS NEW DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RELATIONS
Mike LaChance, CEO for the YMCA of Greater Nashua, announced that June Zoia of Nashua has been named Director of Human Relations for the local organization which includes the Nashua and Merrimack Y facilities as well as its summer day camp facility, YMCA Camp Sargent and resident camp, YMCA Camp Spaulding.

In this position, Ms. Zoia will serve as a member of the Association’s executive team, providing strategic leadership to attract, develop and retain the best talent available and to position the organization as an “employer of choice.” She will oversee and direct the development and implementation of talent management/human resources policies, plans and services, including recruitment, selection, legal compliance, employee benefits, compensation, employee relations, diversity and inclusion, employment practices and procedures, employee communications and events.
“June brings a wealth of experience in human relations and operations management.” stated LaChance. “Her extensive background will certainly strengthen our Y. Additionally, her passion for wellness and certification as a Health and Wellness Coach align well with the Y’s Healthy Living focus.”

Prior to joining the Y, Ms. Zoia was a Human Resources Business Partner at Fidelity Investments in Merrimack. She holds a Master of Science degree in Education from New Hampshire College and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts and is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and member of the Greater Nashua Human Resources Association (GNHRA). She is also a graduate of Leadership Greater Nashua (LGN).
