Local Man Arrested on OUI, Gun Charges
Merrimack Police: Timothy Dulac was arrested last weekend after allegedly operating erratically on Baboosic Lake Road.

MERRIMACK, NH — A local man arrested last weekend is due in court next month after allegedly driving drunk with a concealed weapon, according to police. Timothy Dulac, 44, of Winrow Drive in Merrimack, was arrested on Aug. 28, 2016, for operating under the influence of liquor, carrying a concealed weapon without a permit, and yellow line violation.

An officer driving on Baboosic Lake Road reportedly observed a vehicle exit a local business and then, noticed it was operating erratically. The officer pulled the vehicle over and made contact with the driver, Dulac.

“While speaking with Dulac, the officer observed signs of impairment due to the consumption of alcoholic beverages,” according to Sgt. Kenneth MacLeod of the Merrimack Police Department. “Upon further investigation by the officer, Dulac was subsequently arrested and charged with operating under the influence of intoxicating liquor.”
After being arrested, the officer allegedly found a firearm in the center console of Dulac’s vehicle, so a gun charge was added.

Dulac is due in court on Sept. 6.
According to a report on Patch last year, Dulac was arrested for criminal threatening after allegedly targeting a family member.
