When they arrived, police made contact with the parties involved and identified Pirozzi. After an investigation into the matter, police determined that Pirozzi was the unwanted party. They later allegedly discovered that she was in possession of prescription drugs but didn’t have a prescription for them.

Police further learned that Pirozzi was currently released on bail from a March 3rd arrest (2015) and that said bail conditions stipulated that she refrain from committing any federal, state or local crimes while on release,” according to Lt. Matthew Tarleton.

Pirrozzi was arrested and held on $7,500 cash bail. She was arraigned on April 7.

Back on Feb. 18, she was arrested for operating under the influence of liquor and OUIL per se. Last month, she was charged with operating under the influence liquor/drugs, and breach of bail conditions after she was stuck in a snow bank, according to a report.
