Londonderry Man Arrested on Driving Charge in Merrimack

Clint DePalmer was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Industrial Drive; he racked up drug, weapons charges in Hollis earlier this year.

MERRIMACK, NH — A local man is due in court later this month after being arrested last month of a driving charge. Clint DePalmer, 35, of Royal Lane in Londonderry, was arrested on Nov. 6, 2016, and charged with operating after suspension.

According to a press statement from Sgt. Gregory Walters of the Merrimack Police Department, an officer stopped DePalmer at just before 7 p.m. after reportedly seeing him driving on Industrial Drive and knowing that he was not licensed to drive. The officer confirmed that his driving privileges were suspended and stopped the vehicle, Walters noted, and DePalmer was arrested.

DePalmer was processed and released. He’s due in court on Dec. 15.

According to reports on Patch, DePalmer was arrested in August on a warrant after police were called to Suffolk Court for a welfare check. He was also indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court on drug and other charges. Hollis Police arrested him on Jan. 30, driving, drugs, and weapons charges. That department also arrested him on May 11 for three counts of felon in possession of a weapon.
