Alleged Heroin, Fentanyl Dealers Indicted: Indictment Roundup
Plus, Nashua man indicted on theft charge, Hollis felon indicted on weapon, drug charges, and Greenville habitual offender indicted.

NASHUA, NH - The following people were indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court recently.
Maurice DeJesus, 29, currently housed in the Middlesex County House of Corrections, for felony robbery, two counts of felony reckless conduct, and two counts of disobeying a police officer. On Nov. 21, 2015, he allegedly brandished a knife during a robbery on East Hollis Street in Nashuad. On Nov. 24, 2015, he allegedly drove a car directly at Nashua Police officers and did not stop when told to.

Clint DePalmer, 35, of Nartoff Road in Hollis, for felon in possession of a dangerous weapon, two counts of felony possession of controlled drugs-methamphetamine, Clonazepam, possession of controlled drug-marijuana, driver’s license prohibitions, and driving without giving proof. On Jan. 30, 2016, in Hollis, he was stopped on Pine Hill Road driving a 1999 Dodge Ram with a suspended license and allegedly in possession of drugs and several knives. He was convicted of a felony in Connecticut on drug charges previously.

Alex Diaz, 23, currently incarcerated, for conspiracy to sale of a controlled drug-heroin and possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute-fentanyl, both felonies. On Jan. 28, 2016, while reportedly acting in concert with Wilmy Taveras and/or Jose Martinez, he allegedly acted as lookout and provided transportation during an illegal drug transaction in Milford.
Joseph Drazen, 28, of Norton Street in Nashua, for felony receiving stolen property – tools, a snowshoe, bindings, and a snowboard, valued at more than $1,500, on Jan. 9, 2016 – reportedly belonging to a person from Hudson.
Jose Flores, 19, of Stevens Avenue in Nashua, for felony falsifying physical evidence and possession of a controlled drug-marijuana. On Jan. 7, 2016, he allegedly scattered marijuana inside his vehicle in an effort to alter the quantity that would be seen by Nashua Police officers.
Janice Foden, 41, of Arlington Street in Nashua, for felony possession of a controlled drug-amphetamine, 16 pills, on Feb. 3, 2016, in Nashua.
Wanda Garcia, 49, with a last known address of West Hollis Street in Nashua, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-hydrocodone on Feb. 11, 2016, in Nashua.
Roland Gendron, 49, with a last known address of Wilder Street in Nashua, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-hydrocodone on Feb. 11, 2016, in Nashua.
Laura Gettings, 25, of Temple Street in Nashua, for two counts of felony sale of heroin and felony sale of purported heroin on May 27, June 1, and June 3, 2015, in Nashua.
Joseph Girouard, 27, of Mclaren Avenue in Nashua, for two counts of sale of a narcotic drug-heroin and one count of sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl, all felonies, on Oct. 23, Oct. 28, 2015, in Nashua.
Michael Gulliver, 52, of Merriam Hill Road in Greenville, for felony habitual offender for allegedly driving a Jeep on Dec. 1, 2015, in Greenville, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV in February 2015.
