In the first incident, an officer was called to the Daniel Webster Highway to check on a disabled motor vehicle.
When the officer arrived at the scene, they attempted to interact with the operator of the vehicle, who reportedly sped away and traveled several miles, with the officer following. The driver, later identified as Kiumu, stopped on Greely Street and was arrested.

“It is alleged the Kiumu failed to stop her vehicle for the officer who was signaling for her to stop,” according to Sgt. Eric Marquis.
She was taken into custody without incident and given a Jan. 21, 2016, court date.
The next day, police were sent to Wire Road at around 10 a.m. for a report of a woman who wouldn’t leave the property. After being asked by both the property owner at police to leave, she allegedly refused and was arrested.
Kiumu was given $300 cash bail and was arraigned in Merrimack District Court this morning.
