Maine Man Allegedly Violates Protective Order

Police arrest Carlos Fennelly on Joppa Road.

Merrimack Police recently arrested a Maine man for allegedly violating a restraining order.

Carlos A. Fennelly, 39, of Mussey Street in South Portland, ME, was arrested on Dec. 29, on a violation of a protective order charge.

According to police, officers were sent to Joppa Road for a possible restraining order violation.

When the arrived at the address, they met with Fennelly and after checking records, “it was learned that Fennelly was in violation of a restraining order by being on the property,” according to Sgt. Eric Marquis of the Merrimack Police Department.

Fennelly was taken into custody and held without bail. He was arraigned the next day.
