Merrimack Police arrest Evan Antonellis for unsworn falsification.

MERRIMACK, NH – A Queen City man is due in court next month after allegedly making false statements on a gun application, according to police
Evan Antonellis, 21, of Anthony Street in Manchester, was arrested on May 31, 2016, on a single unsworn falsification charge.

Police allege that Antonellis “made false statements on an application to purchase a handgun” at a local store on May 10, 2016.

After investigating the application, a warrant was issued against Antonellis and he was arrested and released on $5,000 personal recognizance bail. He is scheduled to appear in Merrimack District Court on July 21.
