Henry Devine surrendered to probation in Concord today; Jacob Brown, a two-time fugitive, was caught in Maine.

This week’s New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force Fugitive of the Week is Henry D. Devine, 52, who is wanted by the U.S. District Court for supervised release violation from a federal warrant issued last week.

According to Jeffrey White, a deputy marshal, Devine was convicted and sentenced in 2007 for robbery and distribution of cocaine base.

Devine is white, 6-feet, 3-inches tall, weighing about 260 lbs. He has green eyes and brown/gray hair with medium skin tone. Devine has tattoos on his arms and chest.

White noted that previously, Devine lived in Manchester, but he could be anywhere at this time.
