The officer spoke to the driver – Doucette – and learned that he had a suspended Massachusetts driver’s license due to a default court summons and was placed under arrest.
“While still at the scene, a small amount of marijuana was found to be inside the Chrysler Town and Country,” according to Sgt. Gregory Walters of the Merrimack Police Department.
The charges were added to Doucette’s docket, he was processed and released, and he’s due in court on Aug. 4, to answer to the charges, according to Walters.
