MERRIMACK, NH — A Merrimack man is facing an operating under the influence charge after he was stopped for a moving violation Saturday morning and police said he failed a field sobriety test. Merrimack police stopped Matthew Laquerre shortly after midnight and said he showed possible signs of impairment.

He was arrested after the field sobriety test. Laquerre was released on personal recognizance and given a court date of Sept. 9 in the 9th Circuit Court in Merrimack.
