Merrimack Man Bagged for Second OUI Offense
Police arrest Bradley Wallace after allegedly finding him passed out behind the wheel of a motor vehicle that had its engine running.

A local man was arrested earlier this month for his second operating under the influence of liquor charge in three years, according to police.
Bradley Wallace, 21, of Kimberley Drive in Merrimack, was arrested on Nov. 18, 2015, for OUIL, second offense.

An officer patrolling local businesses came across a motor vehicle with its engine running in the parking lot of the 7-Elevan, according to police.
“Inside the running vehicle was a male subject who appeared to be passed out on the steering wheel,” according to Lt. Dean KillKelley.

After a brief investigation, he was arrested and taken in to headquarters. There, police learned that he was previously convicted of OUIL in 2012. He was also charged with criminal mischief at the time, according to a post on Merrimack NH Patch.
Wallace is due in court on Dec. 3.
